The piece I want is out of stock, will it be back?

Oh no, we’re sorry you missed it! We do our best to keep the favorites in stock but sometimes they sell out really fast. To make sure you don’t miss out, you can email us and we may restock just for you.

Sometimes, we also have the item available on pre-order so you can you can purchase and reserve it immediately. This means that the item is guaranteed to make a comeback, and you’re guaranteed to get it!

RETURNS & REFUNDS


If you aren’t totally obsessed with it, no worries, you can return the qualifying item(s) for a credit.

Returns may be granted within 10 days from when the shipment is received. A notice must be given to info@gemancompany.com within 3 days from when the shipment is received regarding any problems or concerns with the merchandise. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. 


Refunds: Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item(s), via a store credit. There will be a 20% processing charge deducted from the available credit. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

 

Returned items must be:

– Unworn and in new condition

– In their original packaging

– Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE


All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Gem & Co. will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund.

 

Please note: All returns and refunds are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, whereas Gem & Company is found at fault for the return and/or refund.
